In this podcast, I chat with ft. @namanshrivastava .
We discuss our stories of IIT JEE, CAT and UPSC in education and career ecosystem and studying at various undergrad institutes but IIT.
I failed IIT JEE twice in my life.
I went through the grind.
Joined a coaching class post-school to only realize that I couldn't learn how to crack this exam.
Later I realized the problem was not with me- but with their teaching methods.
I remember feeling shattered after class 12th looking at my result fearing that my career is over.
Barely did I know I'll be sharing my story to solve this problem- a decade later.
I personally got extremely lucky in life because I joined St. Stephen's College which later opened many opportunities for me.
It gave me the break, the network that only a few thought belonged to #IIT.
I am a classic example of someone who failed "covetous" IIT JEE in India and yet-
1. Managed to work with a few of the top corporates and leaders in this country.
2. Started a successful social impact venture.
3. And Earned a handsome salary.
The sad reality is India and Indians are obsessed with exams.
After the massive success of my 1st venture Global Governance Initiative- Alternative to International MBA and creating Plan B for UPSC-

I'm excited to share my 2nd venture www.altiit.com- for ALL the dark horses in life
Who feel their career cannot reach great heights given they failed IIT at a tender age of 18.
I may understand if my new disruption will irk a few IITians similar to how GGI irked a few IIM graduates 4 years when we started GGI.
But what value does a startup create if it doesn't disturb the status quo of power, and wealth in society?
My fight is against age-old examinations and coaching centers that propagate rote learning to produce machines.
At www.altiit.com- You will learn Future Tech & Soft Skills, Join Global Cohort, and Get Hired.
We are launching our 1st cohort on 21st May 2023.
I will personally do the onboarding of the Inaugural batch.
India mei ab sirf, IIT waala Raja nahi banega.
ALT IIT wala banega ✊.
