Minister of Education, Technological and Vocational Training, Kay McConney has told hundreds of Barbados Community College (BCC) graduates the island's education system is being transformed.
She was speaking to a packed Garfield Sobers Gymnasium on Saturday evening as BCC held its first in-person graduation ceremony since 2019 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
