**SPOILER ALERT**
In this particular scene in Power (S:03 E:06), Tommy and Ghost just came from the woods where they killed their ex-distributor Lobos and are now changing their clothes and getting ready to dispose of them as they part ways. Keep in mind that Tommy earlier killed his girlfriend Holly by choking her to death because he thought she got Ghost killed. Now he is emotionally scarred due to the death of his true love, and he might be going out of business due to him murdering his drug distributor. So when Ghost says that he and Tommy are finally free (due to them having an enormous amount of cash from the drug business, and are now free of their viscous distributor), Tommy replies with “Start over? With what, Ghost? N***a, I ain’t got no connect. I ain’t got no family, I ain’t got no...”, implying he has no plan B. His chances of starting over have no meaning. He lost the love of his life, being both the drug business and Holly.
