Finally, in Ned’s pantry, Tom tastes through a range of Waterford Whisky; from Single Farm Origins, to our rarest and most precious ingredients — Arcadian Heritage, Organic and Biodynamic whisky. Then it’s time to whip up a Waterford Whisky dish as the pair assemble Single Farm Origins together to create a Cuvée Concept, where the whole is greater than simply the sum of its parts.
