Run Rabbit Run is a 100 and 50 mile endurance race that takes place every September through the mountains surrounding Steamboat Springs, CO. The race is characterized by steep climbs at high elevation and epic alpine scenery.

The 100 mile race is split into two waves: Hares and Tortoises. Most of the field begins with the Tortoise wave at 8 AM on Friday, while the elite runners (Hares) will begin 4 hours later at noon and will compete with the Tortoise wave for for the overall first finish as well as the $75,000 prize purse.
