The International Federation of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent (IFRC) is the largest humanitarian volunteer network in the world. Every year, with the help of volunteers and members in 190 National Societies across the world, it helps 97 million people, regardless of nationality, race, gender, religious beliefs, social class or political opinions. Following the agreement signed by the IFRC, the French Red Cross has lead the World Reference Centre of First Aid, who's main objective is to provide of centre of technical expertise for the IFRC, and to support the other members in the National Societies with all tasks related to first aid. It's thanks to its involvement, as well as the involvement of the Sikana Educational Association, that this awareness programme focusing on first aid, was produced. Founded in 2014, Sikana Health is one of 12 programmes created by the NGO Sikana. The programme works towards providing educational videos in order that everyone can acquire positive information about health.
