Resep Nasi Goreng Seafood. Nasi goreng merupakan makanan favorit banyak orang di Indonesia karena cara membuatnya yang mudah dan pasti mengenyangkan. Kali ini aku akan membuat nasi goreng seafood yang style-nya mirip di Solaria.
Resep Nasi Goreng Seafood (untuk 2 porsi)
Bahan:
2 porsi nasi (400 gr nasi)
2 butir telur
4 bakso ikan, potong
50 gr ayam, potong dadu
6 ekor udang, kupas
3 siung bawang merah, parut
2 siung bawang putih, parut
2 batang daun bawang, potong
1 cabai merah
½ sdm kecap asin
2 sdm kecap ikan
1 sdm kecap manis
1 sdm saus tiram
½ - 1 sdm gula
½ sdt merica
Penyedap
½ sdm margarin
Minyak untuk menumis
Langkah:
1. Panaskan wok dengan api besar, tuang minyak lalu tumis ayam dan udang kemudian aduk dan masukkan bakso ikan masak sebentar lalu sisihkan
2. Gunakan wok yang sama, gunakan api besar dan tuang minyak lalu orak-arik telur hingga kering dan minyak berbuih kemudian masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih parut lalu tumis hingga wangi
3. Masukkan kecap ikan, bakso ikan, udang, ayam, cabai, dan daun bawang lalu tumis sebentar
4. Masukkan nasi, kecap asin, kecap manis, saus tiram, gula, merica, saus tiram, dan penyedap kemudian aduk hingga rata
5. Masukkan daun bawang bagian hijau dan margarin, aduk rata lalu matikan api
6. Pindahkan ke dalam piring saji, nasi goreng siap disajikan

Practical! Fried Rice a la Restaurant Recipe
Fried Rice is the favorite of many Indonesians as it’s easy to make and fulfilling. This time, I’m making Seafood Fried Rice with a style that is similar to Solaria.
Seafood Fried Rice Recipe (2 portions)
Ingredients:
2 serving rice
2 pc egg
4 pc fish ball, sliced
50 g chicken, diced
6 pc shrimp, peeled
3 pc shallots, grated
2 clove garlic, grated
2 pc green onions, sliced
1 pc red chili
½ tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
½ - 1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp pepper
Flavor enhancer
½ tbsp margarine
Oil for sautéing
Steps:
1. Heat the wok with high heat. Pour the oil in and sauté the chicken and shrimp. Stir, then add the fish balls. Cook for a bit and set aside.
2. In the same wok with high heat, pour some oil and scramble the eggs until crisp and the oil foamy. Then, add the shallots and garlic in. Sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the fish sauce, fish balls, shrimp, chicken, chili, and green onions in. Sauté for a bit.
4. Add the rice in with fish sauce, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, pepper, oyster sauce, and flavor enhancers. Stir well.
5. Add the green part of green onions and margarine. Mix well and turn the heat off.
6. Transfer to a serving plate. Fried rice is ready to serve.
