Daniel Andrews’ government are “slowly pulling back” after telling Victorians they could “have it all” before the 2022 state election, according to Shadow Victorian Tourism Minister Sam Groth.
Mr Groth’s comments come after Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews cancelled the Commonwealth Games on Tuesday due to a budget blowout.
“The Victorian people should have zero confidence in this government being able to deliver anything they promised,” he told Sky News Australia.
“They told us in November we could have it all – now they are slowly pulling back.”
