The Liberties area in Dublin is set to undergo a major regeneration in the coming years, which will include a big hotel, an indoor market, a micro brewery, office space and residential accommodation.
The regeneration would be focused on the Newmarket Square area and would involve the demolition of the enterprise centre there that dates back to the 1970s.
According to the proposals outlined today by the Newmarket Partnership, the development would create 1,700 permanent jobs upon completion.
