How to make Calamansi Juice: (Serves 2 glasses)
Ingredients:
Calamansi fruit 300g
Water 500ml
Honey
Salt(Optional)
-Cut the Calamansi 1/4 of the way to avoid the bitter seeds.
-Squeeze the juice into a strainer.
-Mix Honey (about 2 tablespoons per 250ml)
-Mix Warm or Cold water.
-(Optional) Salt the rim of the glass by dipping the rim in water then dipping it in salt.
-Serve.
