Norfolk police responded to a report of a gunshot victim at a home on Bellefield Road around 10:11 p.m. on October 16th. They found a 16-year-old male with a non-life-threatening self-inflicted gunshot wound, who was taken to the hospital for treatment. Charges are pending as the investigation continues.
