Fixing up a vintage Genuine Norlund Axe that still has its original Sheath!
I am certainly no expert at axe restoring, but this should do fine for battling bigfoots, building log cabins from scratch, carving canoes out of giant logs, or most likely, a life of general camping duties and misuse.
Norlund Axes were made for Canadian Tire by MANN EDGE Tool Co, in Pennsylvania USA. They were sold from 1968 - mid 80s and marketed to Campers and Hunters.
This model appears to be the "Log Splitter".
