This wasn´t that hard to get but the idea of this MOAB is very unique. Getting a full 25 Killstreak with a juggernaut will not get you a MOAB if you are in a wrong playlist. The only way to get it in a public match is to play infected because if you get an assault or recon juggernaut in any other playlist it won´t get you a MOAB.
