World of Warcraft:The War Within WoW How to Tame the New Winter Veil Dreaming Festive Reindeer Hunter Pet Guide

This Winter Veil brings Dreaming Festive Reindeer, a new tamable Tenacity pet for Hunters. This gorgeous pet is a similar model to the reindeer that pull the Winter Veil sleigh through Orgrimmar and Ironforge, complete with festive harness and bells, and a snowy special effect on its feet when moving. Like the sleigh reindeer, there are two versions, one with the glowy nose and one without.

Acquiring this pet requires a little work. You need to be wearing a Winter Veil transmog. Four matching pieces from the Smokywood Pastures Holiday Vendors or a temporary outfit from the Disposable Winter Veil Suits should work.

Once you have your outfit, head over to the Old Hillsbrad Foothills dungeon and hunt for your Dreaming Festive Reindeer. It seems to only have one location as shown in the below image, and is easily recognizable due to its sparkling Yuletide Dreams buff.

Rare Spawn Version
There are two versions of this reindeer, one with a glowing nose and one without. Which one spawns for you is random, but the glowing nose version is much rarer. You can reset the dungeon until you get the version you want. You can easily see which you have before trying to tame it; that nose is bright!
