It’s important to secure the trust of front line staff when spreading innovations in healthcare, says AHSN Network Chair Piers Ricketts. In England the 15 AHSNs are the NHS ‘field force’ building trust locally and providing practical change management support.
He was speaking at the Health-Tech Innovation Leadership Exchange in October 2019, attended by leaders from the nine Nordic and Baltic regions. Piers reflects that we are all facing the same challenges, albeit on different scales.
The two-day conference was hosted by the UK Government with support from the AHSN Network.
