a standard waiting room setup. You know what I'm talking about. Those not-so-
comfortable chairs that are positioned too close together. I mean my guess is if
you've ever had a full waiting room only every other one of those chairs are
getting used because most people are going to avoid sitting
shoulder-to-shoulder with somebody that they don't know. So here's the tip - get
different furniture. Instead of those same chairs everyone else has get some
love seats, a few plush armchairs, make it a nice place where people wouldn't mind
hanging out for just a few minutes. You probably have a goal to minimize
people's wait times anyway, but now just in case you or your staff fall behind
somebody waiting in a space that is more comfortable is going to offset a bad
experience of a few extra minutes of wait time. Remember, ensuring a happy
patient experience is going to increase the profit potential of your optometry
