The committee in charge of steering South Sudan's national dialogue is asking international donors to fund the negotiation process. The committee says it wants to include former vice president Riek Machar in the talks, but a lack of funding is limiting its actions. Machar is currently in exile in South Africa, but his troops continue to fight in South Sudan. International donors are however demanding assurance of a transparent and inclusive dialogue process. CGTN's Patrick Oyet reports.
