Ingredients
coriander leaves
drum stick-3nos
ladies finger-500gm
tomato-500gm
thuvara parippu-200gm
shallot-10nos
curryleaves
salt
fenugreek -1/4tsp
asafoetida-1pc
coriander leaves
turmeric powder-1/4tsp
jaggery-3pc small
tamarind-1ball
shallot-100gm
coconut-1no
curryleaves
cuminseed-1tsp
shallot-4nos
coconut oil-2tbsp
coriander powder-3sp
sambar powder-2sp
chillypowder -1sp
turmeric powder-1/4tsp
coconut oil=2sp
mustard-1sp
curryleaves
drychilly-5nos
coriander leaves
salt
first you have to cut the ladies finger, tomato, shallot and drum stick.
one coconut to be grated and to be fried it with shallot, curryleaves, cuminseed.
then thuvara parippu to be cooked with turmeric powder, salt, shallot asafoetida and coriander leaves.
take a ball size tamarind and jaggery to be soaked in water.
then place a pan and add coconut oil and add mustard to it. then add drychilly, curryleaves and coriander leaves. saute well. then keep aside for garnish.
then add shallot to the same pot and add ladies finger to it. then add tomato to it and saute well.
when it gets cooked add tamarind soaked water to it. then add cooked thuvara parippu to it and mix well.
thrn add fried coconut to it by griding it in a mixi. then cook it by covering it. when it gets boils add already prepared garnish to it.
