Some changes that made a massive difference on my tib development in the last 2 years were:
- Training tibs hard and often - check out my previous posts for other movements used for tib training and why it’s so important
- Transitioning to minimalist shoes (@mbpowerproject has AMAZING invaluable free podcasts on this topic)
- Barefoot work
- Slowing down tempo
Find a way to enjoy the journey and don’t expect immediate results! These things take time
