Experiment for Today’s Autumn Day
Chocolate-Pumpkin Cookies
-100 g soft butter
-100 g sugar (can be 50/50 with brown sugar)
-1 egg
-50 g grated pumpkin (finely grated)
-150 g flour
-10 g cocoa powder
-Cinnamon to taste
-A pinch of salt
-1 tsp baking powder (without bitterness)
Instructions:
Beat the butter with sugar, then add the egg.
Grate the pumpkin, add flour, baking powder, and spices.
Form balls with wet hands and place them on parchment paper.
(If the dough is too sticky, refrigerate it for a while.)
Bake at:
200°C for 15–17 minutes.
