Britten's "A Ceremony of Carols" is performed every year on the third Sunday of Advent by the Choir of St Bride's, Fleet Street, London. This year at 5:30pm on Sunday 15th December, 2024.
The hour long, candlelit service begins with plainsong Evensong, followed by the Britten and is one of the most moving and beautiful events in the St Bride's Advent calendar.
