Depending on where and when you want to eat, certain restaurants have different hours. Here is a general list of the type of restaurant and when it is open. This is also during the pandemic, so in a normal world, hours may be different.
Some coffee shops, some cafes, and pastelerias an confeitarias - 7am (ish) to 4pm (ish). Some open early for business workers to get a coffee and something for breakfast. Some do not open until 9am.
Brunch spots - Many sprouted up during the pandemic. Open from 9 or 10 am to 3pm.
Snack Bars - Open for lunch through dinner.
Typical Restaurant and most higher-end restaurants. Open for lunch. closed from 3-7pm. Open for dinner.
Bars - Most seems to be open from lunch through dinner.
