These are the traditional Cantucci from Tuscany, made with love by grandmas and handed down from generation to generation. I added a twist to them, just to makes things more interesting! You can find the classic Cantucci recipe on my channel.
*Ingredients:*
• All-purpose flour: 2 ½ cups (300 g)
• Eggs: 2
• Granulated sugar: ⅔ cup (135 g)
• Melted or softened butter: 5 tbsp. (70 g)
• Cocoa powder: ⅓ cup (30 g)
• Baking powder: ½ tsp.
• Baking soda: ½ tsp.
• Pinch of salt
• Raw almonds: 1 cup (135 g)
