East Anglia is like a mirror. Right across from our native Netherlands, flat fields and tall windmills define the landscape. In summer, bright-yellow rapeseed flowers transform it into a Mondrianesque work of art. Despite the nostalgia this invokes, Hillfarm Oils are fairly-and-squarely British: ‘Our family have farmed at Heveningham, near Halesworth in Suffolk since 1967’. Through deep roots and sustainable farming (save the bees!), the Fairs are painting their own agricultural masterpiece.
