This year, I partnered with Purina Dog Chow to help raise awareness of the life-changing impact PTSD service dogs have on the lives of military veterans. Less than 1% of veterans in need of a service dog receive one every year. As someone who has seen firsthand the debilitating effects PTSD has on our nation's heroes, that statistic is entirely unacceptable.

Our short film 'Nikki' is just one example of the life-changing effects these dogs have on their veterans, but I hope it will resonate with you so that together, we can all be a part of the change.
