At the end of each year it gives the opportunity to look back and evaluate our life as we anticipate the new year ahead. If you’re like most people, 2024 had both ups and down, good and bad, but there’s always room for improvement. Whether you move forward or backward in the year 2025 is completely up to you. It’s good to look ahead with a plan and some resolutions or goals to help achieve that plan. As a Pastor, some things that I always encourage my congregation to do each year is to read through the Bible and make prayer a priority. Those two things alone are powerful weapons that will equip you for the year ahead no matter what it may hold. Colossians 3:17 says, “And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.” Have a blessed and happy New Year!
