6 months ago I removed a restrictor ring from a DeMarini CF8 and promised that I would do the same plus shave it on a Rawlings Icon...well that day is finally here. I bought a rapsodo, a pitching machine and a Rawlings Icon. I tested how much exit velocity the bat gains after shaving and removing the ring. I also put it up against a BESR baseball bat to see just how good it became.
