A hearty soft pumpkin bread, which is not only delicious, but also has very beautiful yellow-orange color. The recipe for the quick pumpkin bread is very simple, it is prepared with olive oil, spelt flour and buckwheat flour and does not require a long preparation time.
Ingredients:
330 g pumpkin puree
400 g spelt flour
100 g buckwheat flour
1 p. Dry yeast
100 ml olive oil
3 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
30-40 g pumpkin seeds
Instructions:
Mix the spelt flour with the buckwheat flour and dry yeast in a large bowl.
Put the pumpkin puree, olive oil, 3 tablespoons of water, salt and pumpkin seeds in the mixing bowl of the food processor and mix well.
Sift in the flour mixture and knead everything into a dough.
Line a loaf pan with baking paper.
Pour the finished dough into the loaf pan.
Let the bread rest in the pan for about 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the bread lengthwise with a knife about 1 cm deep.
Bake the pumpkin bread for about 25-30 minutes.
Then remove from the oven, let rest briefly in the baking dish and remove.
Cut the pumpkin bread and enjoy plain with milk or a spread.
