Ojingeo-Bokkeum (Stir-fried Squid) Ingredients:
- 2 whole leeks
- 3tbsp cooking oil
- assorted vegetables (carrots, onions, cabbage)
- 800g squid (fresh / frozen)
- 2tbsp sugar
- 2tbsp soju (or any cooking wine)
- 1tbsp minced garlic
- 2tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 5tbsp soy sauce
- 3tbsp chili powder (Gochugaru)
- 2tbsp corn syrup
