The Global Agenda Council (GAC) on the Future of Media’s Digital Media Readiness (DMR) Framework is a tool to assess a community's ability to embrace digital media, entertainment, and information (MEI), content, services, and applications. The Framework also provides guidance in leveraging digital MEI for the good of the community. The Framework will be launched during the meeting.
