How to print Thick paper, 220-250gsm/PVC card(Pre CUT) using only Regular Printer EPSon L120/L485

Hi mga ka-imBiento , nag try lng po ako mag print ng pre cut pvc card at pre cut business card paper 220gsm using my regulat printers..

Gumawa lng po ako ng Printing bed/mat to place and hold these pre cut ID size materials...so far nkpag print naman hindi lng ganun k perfect ung sa pvc ID card..

Materials:
Printable Magnetic sheets
Pre_Cut PVC card
Quaff 220 gsm-for Business Card
Chrome htv - backing only light adhesive


Printer :
L120- Semisol for PVC ID card
L485- Dye for Business card

Die Cutter
Ruler
tape
Manual Cutter
Selfhealing cutting mat
spray paint

note: This is just a trial tutorial not yet final
& needs improvement pa.
kaya naman try it at your own risk.
