We went to the Awa Odori in Tokushima, the largest dance festival in Japan, over the Obon holiday period in August 2016. This festival is amazing and is my favourite so far in Japan.
This video is Part 1 of my Obon Series. I didn't get around to editing and posting the video last year as I was studying for my TESOL. We spent every day of our five days off (I took two extra days off) over Obon travelling to different destinations in Japan. Most of them are a little less known than the big Japan attractions. I have 6 parts in total, with a different destination each time. Enjoy.
