Muskox males filmed in this video can reach up to 400kg, 2,5m long, 1,5m high and run 60 km/h. Males are saving energy in the winter until the real fights in autumn, now they are just practicing headbutting.
The Muskox was introduced at Dovrefjell because of the cold climate and tundra like vegetation which means they have easy access to food in the Winter. The 3 days we where there it got very warm so the snow melted sooner than usual.
