Grow a ton of different varieties of veggies that will be ready throughout the season.
We realized pretty quickly that while this is a great strategy if you are going to market, but as home gardeners we were left burnt out and with way more food than we knew what to do with.
Then we read Carol Deppe’s book “The Resilient Gardener” and changed everything.
We changed our strategy and in the same amount of space are able to grow way more food that feeds our family year round with way less work required!
