South Africa's case at the International Court of Justice has received
a financial boost after the passing of the Special Appropriation Bill
by the National Council of Provinces.
The draft law will see additional funding of R40 million for the
Department of International Relations and Cooperation, and R38.2
million for the Department of Justice and Constitutional Development.
