One of the Filipino dish Chicken Gizzard Bopips sauteed ginger, garlic, onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, chili. This bopis can be also appetizer.
Ingerdients:
1 kilo Chicken Gizzard
4 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
4 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp vinegar
bay leaves
annatto powder
2 carrots
1/2 onion
1/2 ginger
For Boiling the Chicken Gizzard
3 cloves garlic
ginger
ground black pepper
pinch of salt
