This is a supposedly a kwanjula ceremony in Uganda. The outfits worn by the men in the video are called Gomesi and usually worn by Women. Not sure if this was just to make the function funny because never will you ever see men dressed like this. They usually wear Kanzu which is dress like but not with the middle belt and completely different designs. #buganda #uganda #funny
