A Warwick man facing animal cruelty charges went before a judge Tuesday morning. Micheal Diaz, 22, was arraigned in Kent County District Court after a disturbing discovery. Police said seven dogs were found Monday inside his home on Sand Pond Road. Three were dead, and the others were in poor health.
