Welcome back to Heronbrook Farm. In this video, we’ll take you behind the scenes in the Commercial Kitchen and show you the cameras, lighting and sound set-up we use to create our YouTube videos.

When we started in the YouTube game about 8 months ago we did everything with a single GoPro but things are a bit more sophisticated now with multiple cameras, including the mighty Canon 1DX mark ii, and multiple sound recording devices. We’ll also briefly cover how we edit it all together in Adobe Premiere Pro. We’ve still got a huge amount to learn but we are starting now, I think, to make some quite decent videos so please jump in and take a look - we hope you find it both entertaining, and useful.
