Being in the industry for years, she is well-aware that girls of all ethnic backgrounds are beautiful. To Ishie, her dark hair and yellow skin tone are the perfect representations of Chinese beauty. She established a workshop to help Asian girls with body postures, make-up and styling; to help them uncover their beauties. She wants to see more Asian model in the industry.
