Story behind: I have purchased this robot for kids to learn visual programming an get technical skills. After receiving it looks ok, once it was assembled kids gets confusing once this robot can move only to front and back. Ok, I have contacted robobloq directly, Jerry Wan replied with RMA immediately, I though it will be resolved but after few notifications they almost took 1 month with several emails like try to: Use fresh batteries non carbon type, try to upgrade firmware (BTW: it even does not have firmware revision number) it behaves all the same.
After investigation and measurement we have found that driving of motors is incorrect. Looks it is bad designed.I my case robobloq was not interested to resolve the issue and I asked supplier for full refund.
Reply from Jerry Wan: "We are having an distributor for your market. Please no worry. We will responsible for our products. I will check and let you know."
Our experience: bad designed toy, that will confuse kid, knowing it before, will never buy it (FYI purchase price 177,99 USD)
Update:I have got money back by help of Paypal, interestingly they come back after 1/2 year to try to "help again" no more :)
