We set off on a motorhome roadtrip to the Mar Menor in Murcia Spain when we get stopped by the Spanish Police and breathalysed!

We're on a winter sun roadtrip in the motorhome, this time we're exploring the beautiful Mar Menor region. We start in San Pedro del Pinatar then head to San Javier, Los Alcazares, Mar de Cristal, Cape Palos and then onto La Manga.

We find some incredible free park ups along the Spanish coastline and provide you with the What 3 Words locations for each park up.

We're travelling in our Motorhome which is a 2005 Swift Kontiki on a Fiat Chassis. It's a 7.4 metre van with a rear bathroom layout.

The Mar Menor is a a coastal saltwater lagoon in the Murcia region of Spain. It is the largest lagoon in Spain. The lagoon is separated by the Mediterranean Sea by La Manga.

We're Julia and Gary, a British couple who have moved to Spain when we quit full-time vanlife. We have such a laugh together and enjoy travelling all over the world, but we really enjoy spending the winter travelling in Spain along it's many beautiful coastal beaches.
