Singapore and Malaysia reaffirmed their defence ties on Jan 22, as the Chief of the Royal Malaysian Air Force called on Defence Minister Ng Eng Hen. During the meeting, they also reaffirmed the importance of maintaining strong ties between the air forces of the two countries. General Ackbal Abdul Samad is in Singapore for a two-day introductory visit. He also visited Paya Lebar Air Base and viewed the F-15SG fighter aircraft on static display.
