On 7/29/2024 at approximately 7:36PM a Post 4 Kentucky State Trooper attempted to stop a brown Ford explorer on Rineyville Rd for speeding (69 in a 55). When the Trooper conducted a U-Turn to catch up to the vehicle, the driver accelerated to speeds over 90 miles an hour and initiated a pursuit. The Trooper pursued the vehicle which ultimately ended near the suspect's home. The suspect was identified as 37 year old Brad Elliot Bayne. He was taken into custody and lodged at the Hardin County Jail.
