So, I joined The Whisky Club at the end of the year and have been blown away with what has been on offer.
I started my at home Whisky journey when my partner was pregnant as typically we would spend our Sundays at a local whisky bar tasting drams we would never think to buy or ones recommended to us to try. Joining the Whisky Club has given us so much extra time with our small family; it’s made it easy for us to still be able to enjoy interesting and one-off whiskies from the comfort of our own home.
A friend of mine had been a member for a few years and I always thought it was an expensive monthly subscription. What I didn’t know was that each month you pick if you want to be part of it for that month or not. Just simply opt out. But trust me, you will be opting in.
One of the main reasons I joined was to gain access to new Australian whisky. I’ve been able to obtain rare and one-off cask bottles, some I feel like I should never open... but come on, it is Whisky and is meant to be enjoyed.
So, if you are a scotch fan or an Australian fan, this is definitely a club you need to be part of.
