I've decided to spend $100 to find the best ramen outside of Japan. So I've visited three drastically different places to taste their ramens and the results have blown my mind away.
This is by far the most delicious video on this channel and I am so happy to see Japanese cuisine and its dishes have such wide representation in Tallinn, Estonia.
