KEFALAS AND THE SURROUNDING AREA INCLUDING OMPROGIALOS BAY AND GAVALOHORI. The beautiful small village of Kefalas very well situated between Kalyves and Giorgiorpolis is a great location. Not too far from Chania ands surrounded by other small villages. Gavalohori is one that is very picturesque and has a very nice restaurant called Monicas.
The nearest sea location is the beautiful Omprogialos bay . This has a very relaxed natural vibe and may not be to everyones taste but has amazing blue water and great snorkelling.
