The Colors plugin allows you to change the color of each of your event types and category. You can use your preferred color in the text and background of the event type and category. How to set colors for the event type?

Colors provide an amazing way to differentiate one event type from the others and let it get highlighted to the users and visitors. One can assign a color to the various event types that have already been created before.

In order to set colors,
1. Go to Admin - Event listings - Settings - Event type and Event Category colors.
2. Here you can see the list of all the event types created before
3. Set different colors for each type
• Text Color: This color would be set for the “text color” of this event type.
• Background Color: This color would be set for the “background-color” of this event type.
4. save changes
The color would appear as below on the front end of the single event page.

How to set colors for the event Category?
In order to set colors,
1. Go to Admin - Event listings - Settings - Event type and Event Category colors.
2. Here you can see the list of all the event categories created before.
3. Set the different colors for each category
• Text Color: This color would be set for the “text color” of this event category.
• Background Color: This color would be set for the “background-color” of this event category.
4. Save changes
The color would appear as below on the front end of the single event page.

Set colors on the calendar
In order to see color changes on the calendar, one needs to have to Add on Calendar plugin
After the desired colors are set for different event types and categories, ane can always choose from displaying the events on the calendar based on category or Type.
1. Go to Admin - Event listings - Settings - Event type and Event Category colors.
2. The last column states “Apply colors to Calendar”
3. Select the from the option:
o Event type colors: This will display events on the calendar depending upon the event type.
o Event category colors: This will display events on the calendar depending upon the event category.
4. Save changes
