Ingredients of Chicken Chaap Recipe:
Chicken - 750 gm
Onion Paste - 2 pcs big size
Garlic Paste
Ginger Paste
Plain Yogurt
Keora Water
Rose Water
Mitha Attar
Poppy Seeds Paste - 3 tea spoon
Cashew Nuts Paste - 25 gm
Melon Seeds / Chal Mogoj - 2 table spoon
Roasted Gram Flour / Besan
Khoya Kheer
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder

Red Chilli Powder
Saffron / Kesar
Sugar
Refined Oil
Methods of how to make Chicken Chap:
1. At first take a big bowl and add the Chicken, 100 gm Yogurt, 2 medium size Onion Paste, 1 tbsp. Garlic Paste, 1/2 tbsp. Ginger Paste.
2. Mix well with your hand so the masala gets inside the chicken.
3. Then cover and put it in a fridge for minimum 1 hour or more.
4. After 3 hours take it out of the fridge and add 25 gm Cashew Paste, 3 tsp Poppy Seeds Paste, 2 tbsp. Soaked Melon Seeds Paste, 25 gm Grated Khoya Kheer, 1 tbsp. Roasted Gram Flour, 1 tsp Biryani Masala, 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Chilli Powder,1 tsp Rose Water & 1 tsp Keora Water (as per taste),Few drops of Mitha Ator, 2 tbsp. Saffron Water,1 tsp Salt (as per taste), 1/2 tsp Sugar.
5. Mix well again leave it for 1 hour in room temperature.
6. Heat up a kadai and add 5 tbsp. Refined Oil.
7. When the oil heats up fry the Chicken pieces. Fry the chicken on high flame.
8. Fry well on all sides.
9. After frying add 4 tbsp. fresh Refined Oil, 2 tbsp. Ghee.
10. Turn the flame to low and add the Chicken marination in it. Cook the masala on medium flame.
11. After 2 mins oil started coming out of the masala. Cook just a little longer.
12. Now add the rest of the Saffron Water in it. Cook for 3 mins and add 1/2 cup Water.
13. Turn the flame to high and add the Chicken pieces. Cover the chicken with the gravy.
14. Then cover and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
15. After 10 mins turn over the chicken pieces.
16. Then again cover and cook for 10 more mins on low flame.
17. After 10 mins turn the flame to medium .
18. Add few drops of Rose Water and Keora Water.
19. Our today's special recipe Chicken Chap is ready.
