Take a tour of our new flagship household waste recycling centre in Biggleswade.
The site has undergone a complete redevelopment over the last six month as part of a wider investment programme to redevelop all Household Waste Recycle Centres (known locally as tidy tips) in Central Bedfordshire. The site is now a modern, two level facility delivering:
• a new layout, making it easier, quicker and more convenient to use, increasing safety and minimising congestion
• an opportunity to recycle a greater range of materials
• the removal of all stairs providing easier and safer access to the containers
• enhanced signage and improved lighting, fencing and security (CCTV)
